The Journal of Research in Humanities is an open-access, bi-annual, peer-reviewed publication that follows the double-blind peer review process. Institute of English Studies, University of the Punjab has been publishing it for more than half a century. Having secured recognition from the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan, JRH provides a forum for critical issues and discussion in language and literature, entailing relevant cross-disciplinary engagements with other areas of Social Sciences and Humanities, intersecting with English Studies. Currently, it is being indexed by MLA Directory of Periodicals, EBSCO, Humanities International Index, Humanities International Complete, Humanities Source, Literary Reference Center Plus, Political Science Complete, Communication Source, Research Bible, Internet Archive, and Library of Congress Online Catalog.
